SHJ Series Conical Screw Blender is a new type of high-efficiency & high-precision mixing equipment. Driven by one motor and cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the machine realizes both revolution and rotation of the screws. By combining the circular motion of long/short mixing screws and their self-rotation, it achieves ideal mixing uniformity for materials with extreme differences in specific gravity and ratio, featuring short mixing time and excellent mixing effect.

Working Principle
- The revolution of double screws makes powder move circularly along the cone wall.
- The rotation of screw blades pushes powder radially toward the center of the cone.
- Powder flows upward inside the cone and discharges along the outer circumference of the screws, mixing along the screw shaft.
- The combination of revolution and rotation creates four flow forms: convection, shear, diffusion and infiltration. Thus powder materials can be mixed quickly and uniformly inside the blender.
