WFJ Series Industrial Air Classifying Mill(ACM Impact Pulverizer)
WFJ Series Air Classification Mill is a high-efficiency, high-speed ultra-fine powder making machine integrating grinding, dynamic classifying and dust collecting. It performs low-temperature grinding to retain full flavor and nutrition. It is widely used for superfine powder processing in leaves, herbs, spices, grains, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and other industries.
All material-contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel, meeting GMP & food grade standards. Fully closed structure ensures dust-free, low noise, easy cleaning and long service life.
Key Features
- Compact structure with built-in classifier, realizing grinding and classification in one step, reducing over-grinding and energy consumption.
- Fineness adjustable: 100–1000 mesh, fineness up to D90: 2 μm (for LiFePO4), with narrow and uniform particle size distribution.
- Fineness can be adjusted without stopping the machine by changing classifier speed or air volume.
- Heavy Duty Hammer Mill Equipped with induced draft fan for continuous heat removal; air-cooled / water-cooled available, ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
- All material-contact parts made of SUS304 stainless steel for hygienic design, easy to clean.
- Main grinding parts adopt alloy tool steel, long service life and low wear.
- Powder Processing Machine Equipped with imported high-speed precision bearings; rotor dynamically balanced for stable running, low vibration and low noise.
