High-Efficiency Pin Mill for Fine Grinding
Advanced precision grinding for pharmaceuticals, food, and fine chemicals.
Driven by the screw, materials enter the milling chamber of the pin mill at a constant speed. The annular pin forests of the high-speed rotating rotor and stationary stator alternately buckle. As the rotor rotates at high speed (linear speed up to 250 m/s), it generates strong centrifugal force. Materials pass through the pin forests and collide repeatedly (material-to-material and material-to-pin collision), achieving the milling effect. The pin mill is screen-free, and the minimum milling particle size can reach 5 microns (D90).
