How Our Pin Mill Grinding Machine Works
Our pin mill adopts a pin disc counter-impact crushing structure, with high-efficiency high-speed impact + shear collision mechanism:
- Materials enter the crushing zone between rotor and stator pin discs via the feed hopper, driven by centrifugal force.
- The rotor runs at up to 24,000 rpm, creating intensive relative motion with the fixed stator to repeatedly impact, shear and grind materials.
- Particle size is precisely controlled via rotor speed, pin disc clearance and feed rate; zero screen clogging with our screenless design, and unique air-cooled structure minimizes temperature rise for heat-sensitive materials.
